About the Role

The Associate Manager on the Growth team reports to our Director of Growth Marketing who sets paid marketing strategies. This role’s main focus will be to execute all of our ILS listings along with paid marketing campaigns.  This role is a managerial role that manages the Marketing Coordinator within the Growth team. 

Responsibilities 

  • Oversee, manage, and optimize all listings on 3PL and ILS sites 
  • Measure performance of listings on 3PL sites and paid marketing placements against internal KPI's, utilizing testing strategies and learnings to provide in-depth analysis to improve marketing performance
  • Create systems and processes to scale 3PL placements while maintaining accuracy of listings 
  • Work with Director of Growth to incorporate monthly sales goals into execution of prioritizing placements on new paid marketing placements and 3rd party RE listing sites
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations Analyst to ensure accurate tracking across all paid marketing mediums
  • Identify insights, market trends, competitive activity and opportunities from data provided by Marketing Operations Analyst. 
  • Manage Marketing Coordinator and assist is seamless execution of 3rd Party Listings for all current and new homes
  • Implementation of paid digital media strategies to capture qualified leads


Qualifications

  • Real Estate Experience with 3rd Party Listing sites is a must
  • 3+ years of performance marketing or related experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind
