What This Position Does to Help VTS Succeed


In this role, you will join the Data Insights Product Team as part of the VTS Data product. You will work within the Product team and work cross-functionally with the Research, Sales and Customer Success Teams to ensure that VTS Data is scaling appropriately and delivering value to clients.

What Makes This Job Awesome?

  • Facilitate between product, research, sales, and customer success teams on client success, data implementation requests to ensure VTS is delivering value to clients
  • Collaborate with team leaders to assist with the allocation and prioritization of team resources to produce high quality deliverables
  • Manage inbound requests for the implementation of custom VTS Data reports, case studies, and bespoke analysis from research, sales and customer success teams
  • Coordinate with the data and research team within the VTS Data team to prepare reports and custom insights to deliver value to clients
  • Prioritize Data projects to meet deadlines, and drive new reporting requirements to completion
  • Ensure data insight reports are maintained with high data quality, client feedback is incorporated into their custom reports as needed, and distributed to meet deadlines
  • Prioritize and delegate bespoke project requests while helping to uncover cross-account opportunities
  • Communicate requests and issues to the product development team and develop templates for insights reporting and training materials for new hires
  • Provide execution support for national and regional data initiatives as needed
  • Help ensure that data compliance, access, and security protocol are followed among teams
  • Developing deep domain expertise on our unique and valuable proprietary datasets to create actionable insights
  • Work within the product team and liaise with Sales and Customer Success Teams to ensure VTS is delivering value to clients
  • Work with a fast-paced, sales-obsessed team focused on the efficient implementation and distribution of the VTS Data product, while also managing churn risk among client base 

What Makes You A Great Fit?

  • Executive presence with specific focus on superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization, with strong project management skill sets a must
  • Deep understanding of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) market data and the unique value proposition of the VTS Data product
  • Experience with data quality and validation workflows in the commercial real estate domain
  • At least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably within the commercial real estate industry
