We are looking for self-starters with insurance experience who are passionate about helping people and solving problems. This role will support our distribution network which provides insurance solutions to small businesses. You will be interacting with brokers and agents that rely on us to make their businesses more effective and competitive so they can create an amazing experience for their small business customers.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Providing multichannel support to producers while constantly focusing on creating the best experience for the customer and looking for innovative approaches to solving problems

  • Helping producers navigate our online experience and facilitating the quoting, renewal and endorsement processes

  • Assisting in collection activities including potential outreach to producers to understand payment status and tracking of outstanding payments

  • Escalating issues that require a technology fix or solution to the appropriate stakeholders within the organization

  • Sharing customer feedback with relevant functions in the organization and proposing solutions to address the feedback

Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor's degree
  • 1 to 4 years P&C experience required; P&C license or CPCU designation a plus; workers' compensation experience a plus

  • You have a high level of customer orientation, are a natural problem solver and comfortable handling complex customer and process/system issues

  • You possess an appetite to learn about commercial insurance and help redefine an industry

  • You have strong written and oral communication skills

  • You have experience or will be comfortable working within a metrics-driven environment

  • You embrace emerging technology
