As a Business Operations Associate you’ll be a part of solutions that serve everyone at Spruce: assisting in the implementation of new tools and platforms. You’ll research and listen to deeply understand the needs of our departments and support delivery of tools, workflow and documentation to help everyone work more efficiently.

What you'll do

• Document, develop, and support implementation of new processes and workflows
• Support Business Operations Managers to deliver highly visible initiatives that increase efficiency -- for example: implementing a new software tool or vendor
• Discover new and overlooked solutions to our biggest problems and help implement local change that will support our success in all departments
• Embed with cross-functional teams that are taking on our most impactful initiatives - you will support the Project Manager by analyzing key problems and perform due diligence that strengthens business cases and speeds up implementation
• Build trusting relationships across the business

What we're looking for

• Experience improving efficiency of a fast growing and complex organization
• Comfort with ambiguity and a rapidly shifting business landscape
• Strong generalist with experience in a variety of business environments
• Comfort and experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis-- you know what’s needed to make a good decision
• Excellent communication skills in a diverse and distributed environment
• Nice to have: Prior experience in Real Estate Tech and/or a working knowledge of SQL
