If this sounds like you, then you could be a great fit for the role of Business Operations Associate at Spruce. 

As Business Operations Associate at Spruce you’ll get to: 

  • Document, develop, and launch new processes and workflows
  • Own the Spruce knowledge management system and define procedural governance and ownership
  • Work with the Business Operations Manager to develop new business models, organizational structures, and cross-functional initiatives to increase efficiency across the company and drive long-term business sustainability
  • Facilitate effective change management in support of continuous improvement initiatives, product changes and client onboarding activities
  • Navigate complexity across clients and build scalable workflows in partnership with Real Estate Operations and other impacted teams 

You will be successful if you have:

  • equivalent of 2+ years of experience in a consultancy or operations role
  • self starter with a proven track record of implementing business process improvements to improve metrics
  • ability to collect, analyze and use data to make decisions
  • excellent written and verbal communication
  • ability to travel 5 days a month

Bonus points:

  • Prior experience in Real Estate Tech
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • LEAN and/or Agile certification
