About the role:

Teampay seeks a Channel Manager to lead the strategy and execution for revenue growth via the Microsoft ecosystem. As part of the Go-to-Market team, the Channel Manager will work in partnership with marketing and sales to support sales efforts and manage partner relationships. Leveraging the GTM team, the Channel Manager will work directly with VARs, SIs, and Microsoft to drive relationships and accelerate revenue.

What you’ll do:

• Build business strategy with the Partner team on how best to work within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Create and execute on a tactical plan to capitalize on partner opportunities and drive revenue.
• Identify and produce high-quality leads through constant engagements with partners including office visits, sales team training/coaching, marketing strategies, trade shows, and more.
• Establish relationships with partner employees and executives to recommend Teampay to their clients.
• Own and implement partner sales enablement programs and help partners position Teampay in the market via webinars, demos, etc.
• Collaborate with the Partner team to identify, develop, and capture strategic opportunities.
• Create and deliver accurate forecasts and strategic plans, coordinated with the revenue leadership team

Common qualifications include:

• 4+ years in SaaS-based Technologies. Experience in a Channel/Alliances role is a plus.
• Experience working in the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Ability to present to external stakeholders; strong communication skills.
• Tenacious and committed to exceeding targets.
• Team player with a collaborative orientation.
• Ability to remain organized and execute in a fast-paced environment.
• Applicant can be in New York, San Francisco, and open to Remote
