About the role

We’re looking for an experienced healthcare executive to own all healthcare delivery at Simple Health. You will be responsible for the quality and experience of all healthcare services performed through our platform. You will be a thought leader in the women’s health industry, and will drive innovation in our healthcare delivery capabilities and roadmap. You will use deep industry expertise and relationships to build industry partnerships and lead the charge on new care delivery models that are aligned with our mission. You will take our healthcare delivery capabilities to the next level, and will fortify our best-in-class standing among a new breed of direct to consumer healthcare brands.



 Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality and efficiency across all telehealth encounters
  • Develop and maintain clinical guidelines across all service lines
  • Own and manage our partner professional corporations 
  • Oversee full physician team, including hiring and training as well as engagement/community building 
  • Hire and manage medical advisory board, including scheduling annual meetings
  • Develop win-win partnership models with key industry stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies, health systems, and insurance companies; drive clinical execution against all partnerships
  • Partner with the product team to build out internal research capabilities to support industry partnerships and clinical innovation
  • Own clinical capability roadmap, and support strategic planning process
  • Act as the ultimate clinical stakeholder for all product development and roadmap buildout
  • Be an advocate for the company within the medical community and to regulators/legislators as appropriate
  • Act as the clinical face/voice of the company when PR opportunities arise
  • Act as the clinical liaison with the VP Pharmacy if questions arise
  • Examine clinical operations to improve their efficiency without compromising safety
  • Conduct physician audits to ensure that all providers are acting in accordance with clinical guidelines
  • This role can be full time or part time (at least 3 days)



About you

You’re an experienced healthcare leader with broad industry expertise encompassing payment models, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare delivery innovation. You’re a team player, a proven people manager, a structured communicator, and a process-driven decision maker adept at driving change in large organizations across many stakeholder groups. You’re excited about making your mark on a rapidly growing company on the cutting edge of healthcare delivery. You can think outside the box, and anticipate upcoming needs in the women’s health market

  • 10+ years of industry leadership experience 
  • Medical degree and residency training; Strong preference for OB/GYN's or expertise and passion for Women’s Health 
  • Familiarity with telehealth models 
  • Strong business acumen and experience leading cross functional business and clinical teams
  • Obsessive focus on patient experience
