Chief People Officer

We’re looking for a Chief People Officer to join our executive team and oversee our quickly growing people function. The Chief People Officer is a strategic leader whose primary focus will be building a company culture where employees feel fulfilled, have sustained enthusiasm, and are empowered to do their best work.
In this role you will:
- Develop a world-class culture consistent with Spring Health’s vision & values that attracts, retains and develops top talent
- Act as a thought-leader on all things people & culture while building a strong employer brand
- Oversee people operations, talent, learning and development and diversity and inclusion while building out high performing teams for each function
- Focus on organizational effectiveness in order to optimize for efficiency & growth
- Build a performance management system that encourages excellence and continual professional development
- Identify & implement high performing HR tools while continuously iterating upon processes, technologies, and workflows
- Tie strategic & tactical business plans to HR strategies while establishing goals, objectives, and policies to support them
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO
What we expect from you:
- 7–15 years of experience in the people function
- 3 + years in a management position, minimum 1 year sitting on executive team
- Experience with high-growth startups
- A passion for mental health
- Dedication to transparency & direct communication
- Ability to be decisive and execute quickly
