About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate leader to join us as Chief of Staff to our Founders. The Founders Office is responsible for driving vision, innovation, and growth for Yieldstreet. As a critical right hand, you will play an integral role in driving the planning and execution of the vision and annual plans. The Chief of Staff sits at the intersection of the different functions and partners closely with the Founders to define the vision, communicate progress, and ultimately deliver results. Simply put, your ethos is to strategically serve and solve… and you do so flawlessly
What You'll Do:
- Be a consultant and partner to the CEO and President
- Serve as a thought partner on: Communication - creating compelling decks, leading meetings, and making recommendations to get to decisions and problem-solving - bringing structure to unstructured problems and thinking outside the box
- Program manager for major, organizational-wide initiatives- lead the overall program with strong attention to strategy, implementation, and delegation. Examples include but are not limited to: Investment banker selection, fundraising, SPAC, M&A activities, joint ventures, and C Level hiring
- Work in partnership with Founders and Leadership team to drive annual, quarterly, monthly plans and drive accountability
- Create and execute annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly objectives specifically for Founders
- Drive accountability and create a structure for Founders to improve visibility with and accountability of their direct reports, including leading weekly team meetings
- Curate and refine quarterly presentations for the purpose of board presentations and all-hands meetings
- Write monthly and quarterly memos to internal and external stakeholders
- Lead and partner on other special projects for areas with high visibility, impact, or urgency
- Develop high-quality processes to improve how we operate and drive culture company-wide (in collaboration with other functions)
- Build internal and external multi-channel communications strategy to promote brand of Founders thought leaders
- Manage high performing Executive Assistant and consult on time management and prioritization
What You'll Need:
- 10+ years of experience partnering with executives
- MBA Experience in Fintech, Wealthtech, or Financial Services
- High EQ with the ability to build and foster productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- High integrity and low ego
- Strategic and structured thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Bias towards action
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
