Yotpo’s Chief of Staff position is a role integral to our continued growth not only within the US market but globally. This role is part strategist, part consultant, and part implementer spanning and working across all aspects of Yotpo. The ideal candidate is a recent MBA graduate who is a quick thinker that analyzes situations, delegates tasks, and makes decisions that moves work forward. You will be responsible for establishing processes, long-range planning, financial reporting, and managing cross-functional projects.

The Role:

• Strategic Execution
  • Prioritize and manage key strategic initiatives including strategic/long-range planning, budget process and analysis, tracking of key company metrics (growth/margin analysis), and tracking and reporting on growth plans.
  • Identify and report on concerns associated with any strategic initiatives or gaps/shortfalls in tracked metrics.
• Coordination
  • Communicate and execute leadership meetings and off-sites, focusing on logistics, agenda management, review of materials, note taking, action planning and follow-up.
  • Prepare and manage board and investor meetings, schedule and track follow-up material.
  • Responsible for forming and tracking key/ongoing priorities or agendas for major events and initiatives.
• Project management
  • Organize, drive and support high level/mission-critical initiatives including acquisitions, cross-functional projects, organizational wide reviews of efficiencies, and reengineering/expense efforts.
  • Create and manage detailing project objectives, timelines, deliverables along with approaches check-in and status updates. Fluent in project management tools.
  • Ability to navigate multiple priorities, solve conflicts and remove bottlenecks.
• Outreach
  • Craft and manage company-wide communications, all-hands presentations, investor days, etc.
  • Attend meetings and presentations with CEO, ensuring all logistics are in place.
  • Manage investor requests and deliverables. 

Requirements:

• Strong ability to translate vision into actions through communications, projects, and metrics.
• Strong business judgment as well as keen communication and organization skills.
• Must be comfortable working with a fast pace and shifting priorities, and enjoys bringing order from chaos.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field/MBA preferred.
• 3-5+ years’ experience in strategy, analytics or business.
• Tech experience is a plus.
• Impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management.
