nTopology is hiring for a Chief of Staff to be in a senior strategist role. You will play an essential part in helping us grow through working directly with the CEO to identify and drive business priorities. You will be responsible for creating alignment across departments & tracking, measuring, & helping to execute internal business initiatives. You will also support the CEO in all board level reporting & metrics analysis. As needed, you will gather, analyze, & synthesize company and market data to help inform the company’s strategy and decision-making at the highest level.

This role reports to the CEO.

What You'll Do

• You will work directly with the CEO to identify & coordinate execution of strategic priorities that lead to improved business performance 
• You will support all strategic initiatives and track performance against the KPI’s we set for each initiative 
• You will provide analytical support & project management for a variety of organizational initiatives that span across multiple teams (Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, Engineering) 
• You will work collaboratively with all C-suite executives to ensure alignment of functions with overall business goals and strategy 
• You will be conducting ongoing market research to help the company plan for, react to, & leverage trends in the engineering software industry 
• You will help to create, prepare, & distribute board materials 
• You will be assessing inquiries directed to the CEO, both from the company & investors, & then determine the proper course of action delegated to the appropriate individual 
• You will participate in regular meetings with HR to discuss staffing needs 
• You will work closely with the executive team to ensure the work being done is on track with our priorities

Who You Are

• You are intellectually curious and possess strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze complex situations, learn quickly, & deal with ambiguity 
• You have at least 5 years total of relevant work experience w/ at least 2 years at a top- tier strategy consulting firm 
• You have experience working through the growth-stage of a venture-backed software company 
• You must have experience in strategic planning, including the proven ability to develop and track business plans, performance, and financial reports
• You have a BA/BS -- having an MBA is a plus 
• You demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and stakeholders 
• You are extremely organized, able to prioritize multiple responsibilities, and work well under the pressure of deadlines 
• You have proven that you can manage projects that span multiple teams, requirements, & stakeholders 
• You can show advanced competency in Sheets/Excel & Slides/Powerpoint
