Your mission
As a member of quantilope's Client Development team, you will be a key figure in executing our US client strategy across leading US brands and Market Research agencies. We help our clients move their businesses forward through embracing speed, substance and empowerment in each aspect of their Consumer Insights journey. You'll have an opportunity to drive the strategic direction, retention and growth activities across our US clients in close collaboration with quantilope's Research Consultants.

  • Together with our Head of Client Development, you will maintain a focus on individual and company revenue goals via cross-sell, up-sell, and retention activities, as well as be able to maintain accurate business forecasting and tracking
  • You will build a unique, value-driven account strategy for each of your clients and drive consensus (internally and externally) around commercial and engagement strategies to deepen our client relationships
  • You will develop relationships at all levels of an organization and evangelize quantilope's solutions through thought leadership and proven business impact
  • You will be responsible for the necessary activities to solidify quantilope as a valued, long term partner including: strategic business reviews, proactive client communication and education about how their business could be leveraging the quantilope platform
  • You will work in lock-step with multiple global teams including quantilope's Research Consultants, Marketing team, and Account Executives to ensure we're meeting all of the client's business needs and market research goals


Your profile

  • You earned your bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field
  • You have at least 4-5 years of experience in a customer success or account management role
  • You have experience selling to and/or partnering closely with Consumer Insights or Market Research professionals
  • You enjoy disruptive technologies that push classic industries into the digital age
  • You have experience with complex products and SaaS solutions, working with Fortune 500 brands or agencies
  • You are a team player with demonstrated communication and leadership skills, as well as attention to detail
  • You are a self starter who is hands on and excited to provide an immediate impact within a startup environment
