Client Engineer (Consultant)

The Role:
We are well on our way to something special at AlphaSense & are seeking a passionate Software Engineer to help us maintain and support operations of our platform.
In this role, you will be working closely with Product Management & Product Specialist around new content opportunities, troubleshooting platform issues & prioritizing release schedules.
Role Responsibilities:
- Plan and support content integrations to bring hundreds of thousands of sensitive client documents into AlphaSense
- Work with clients to identify strategies to organize and tag their content in AlphaSense to maximize discoverability
- Identify and troubleshoot application issues and manage communication, resolution and escalation
- Work closely & collaboratively with the Product Management and Product Specialists to address client needs
- Support client entitlement issues by interfacing with content provider’s support & engineering
- Travel to client sites to support sales and on-boarding efforts
- Work closely with engineering team to plan and prioritize tasks and release schedules.
