OUR CULTURE

Luster is a truly unique company - a profitable, growing start-up that has never taken any outside investment and has no plans to exit. This allows us to optimize for the long-term success of the company. We will not burn ourselves out chasing a billion dollar exit. We will not waste time raising that next round of financing. We want to build a company that provides tons of value to our clients while providing a fulfilling, challenging and fun place to work, today and for decades to come.

Luster HQ is a laid back environment, full of hard workers that trust and rely on each other to deliver the best work possible. Everyone, regardless of role or experience is asked to think about how we can be a better company.

We pride ourselves on our transparency into how the business is run and how decisions are made. Everyone in the office should understand how they directly add value to the company, while also understanding, and learning from, the work of their colleagues.

Headquartered in Brooklyn, NY, our offices now wrap the globe in ten different countries.

With an ever-growing client list, we’re adding new team members and experiencing record company growth. We've achieved this with a highly motivated and diversely skilled crew. We’re looking for people who want to be part of something from the beginning, and help grow it a global powerhouse.
