Client Principal (Strategic Client Management)

Solstice is looking for a Client Principal who will be responsible for both client and team happiness, frontline account support, and supporting account growth. What we are looking for in you:
You are a connector, a relationship builder, and you understand the enterprise. You are highly analytical, proactive and detail oriented. You have worked in consulting services and understand the importance of the software development lifecycle but also have the drive and desire to grow our footprint. You've been a consultant, program manager, Scrum Master or another role within a delivery team and are interested in steering your career to the relationship-drive side of sales.
You have a passion for exploring, "what's next?" and are highly motivated, productive and organized. You have an understanding of user experience design and the agile software development lifecycle and have previously worked with marketing, the line of business and/or technology teams -- in a delivery capacity -- in enterprise environments.
Here’s a snapshot of some of your responsibilities:
Strategic Client Support
- Facilitation of strategic client meetings
- Working with our clients and internal resource planning teams to set the projects up to succeed
- Supporting any delivery/client feedback issues
- Strategy briefing support
- Updating account plan and goals
New Opportunities
- Communication and follow-ups on potential new teams or roles
- Creating SOWs and Change Requests and driving them to signature
- Coordinating strategy and approach with delivery on new opportunities/account growth
Solstice Demand Team
- Delivering client partner and/or demand team quarterly goals
- Active participation in demand team ceremonies
- Actively working with our sales coach to improve skills
