Job Description
What You'll Do

  • Oversee production operations of NBCUniversal productions and 3rd party productions, including motion pictures, series and commercial production shoots
  • Work closely with department heads involving matters of accounting, contractual issues, new deals and pricing, business plans, and facilities management
  • Supervise Production Services staff who are responsible for being liaison between studio and client including booking, rentals, scheduling, and coordinating all stages, facilities, and production services from initial inquiry through final billing
  • Perform ongoing oversight and optimization of all revenue generating departments. Recommend changes and improvements to each business line.
  • Daily analysis of asset, space, and workforce utilization to ensure the highest amount of customer service while maintaining strong revenue/profit growth
  • Develop, implement, and report on multiple operational & capital budget plans
  • Evaluate current operational protocols. Develop new systems and processes to increase productivity between productions and operations.
  • Identify training needs for team and develop programs to increase operation capabilities and expand interchangeability of employees across all operations within studio services
  • Establish and maintain strong customer service protocols

What You Must Have...

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
  • 8+ years of experience leading production services and client relationships
  • Operation management of 5+ years growing and developing a team
  • Proven strong analytical and numeric processing capabilities


What Would Make You a Stand-out:

  • Knowledge of industry suppliers in key production regions across North America
  • Experience in general sales and client support
  • Master's degree in operations or business administration
  • A thorough understanding of motion picture, and television production support services. Including equipment, supplies, and personnel.

Additional Requirements:

  • Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
