Landis is a real estate tech startup on a mission to make homeownership attainable for millions of Americans across the country.

We are growing rapidly and looking for a dedicated and personable Client Success Analyst to join our team and help our clients achieve their dreams of homeownership. The role will primarily entail being the face of Landis, handling inbound requests and building our team community. In this role you will be working extensively with our Client Success, Marketing, and Business Development teams. 

Where you will make an impact:

  • Lead a successful customer experience as the face of Landis to all potential clients
  • Design, optimize, and scale client outreach campaigns
  • Provide excellent customer service across multiple channels including email and phone support 
  • Understand and articulate the Landis value proposition to clients, agents, and interested parties
  • Screening incoming client applications and gathering information and further documentation
  • Thoroughly documenting client activity in our CRM

This is a dynamic role that will partner with other teams on projects such as:

  • Collaborating with Marketing and Business Development to create content for social media and ads
  • Partnering with Property Operations on coordinating transactions
  • Partnering with Business Development to build relationships with real estate agents
  • Organizing engaging activities alongside our People and Culture team
  • Executive support as needed

You are:

  • Passionate about our mission to enable homeownership in America
  • Self-starter with the discipline, dedication and motivation to work hard in a start-up environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Pride in quality, precision and productivity
  • Excited to work closely with your co-workers!

Your background includes:

  • 1+ years of prior experience in a similar role 
  • College degree preferred
  • Extremely detail-oriented and comfortable multi-tasking
  • Fluent in English and very comfortable speaking to customers on the phone, by text and by email
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
  • Good organizational skills, tech-savvy
  • Experience in a sales or customer service role preferred
  • Spanish speaking would be a plus
