THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Client Success Director to our Client Success team in New York! 

YOUR IMPACT:

  • Own client relationships for a portfolio of large accounts after the point of sale throughout the client life cycle.
  • Lead all client meetings/communications virtually and in person by presenting & implementing best practice workflows as well as reviewing member growth rates, suggesting member growth strategies, and provide relevant Gympass updates.
  • Understand clients’ objectives and deliver solutions by developing client-specific growth strategies
  • Drive initial client launch as well as ongoing, strategic relaunch and awareness events; partner with the Gympass Activation team to assist in end-to-end implementation
  • Collaborate closely with the Activation, Customer Experience, Operations, User Growth Marketing, Fitness Partnerships, and Business Development teams to develop member growth strategies and deliver on client and company goals.
  • Continually analyze and improve new and existing client success processes and procedures.
  • Provide product feedback (client requirements, product shortcomings, enhancements, etc.) to product management.
  • Renew, expand and renegotiate contracts on an annual basis.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Accomplished individual with a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in a client facing position.
  • A Dynamic leader with the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams, work in a team environment, and solve problems creatively and efficiently.
  • Extensive experience in operating independently and leveraging lane management as needed.
  • An excellent communicator -- interpersonal, written and public speaking -- with superior customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Detail oriented with a deep understanding of managing multiple clients/projects concurrently.
  • Fluent in monitoring data, analyzing reports and leveraging results.
  • Able to analyze and improve current job processes/protocols and anticipate/manage change in a quick moving global business environment.
  • Knowledgeable in on-boarding new clients or planning events is a plus!

Our NYC HQ is in a trendy area with lots of shopping, restaurants, and fitness facilities. We also have offices across the US, Europe, and LATAM.
