DailyPay is looking for a Client Success professional to join the growing Operations team. This team member will support the Manager of Client Success and the full team of support agents.

What You Will Do

  • Liaise with our offsite support agents on a range of end user (employee) topics as the point of escalation
  • Investigate individual employee use cases with the payments team
  • Become a subject matter expert on each of DailyPay’s partnerships providing guidances to all support agents
  • Capture end user (employee) insights to then work with our product team to improve the User Interface and User Experience
  • Participate in ongoing and new agent training
  • Assist with various other operational projects

What You Will Bring to the Role

  • Has a BS/BA
  • Has 1-3 years of experience in client service or operations
  • An intuitive problem-solver that works wells under pressure and all types of personalitiesIs a quick learner
  • Can interact and collaborate cross functionally
