As our Client Support Coordinator, you’ll be on the frontline to provide technical support for our clients and internal team members. A typical day will include troubleshooting integration issues, responding to user inquiries via phone and email, assisting with various tasks to support our clients and proactively brainstorming approaches to improve our processes. Best yet, you’ll work alongside an extremely dedicated and motivated Client Success team and a very talented Engineering team.

We’re looking for an extremely organized, self-motivated, and hardworking individual who genuinely loves helping others. Our ideal candidate will have excellent phone and email communication, superior research skills, and will be able to juggle working on multiple projects simultaneously.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing ongoing support for client integration and other technical issues that arise and proactively addresses them
  • Escalating issues to our Engineering team that require additional technical expertise
  • Resolving client issues via phone, email and other channels
  • Providing clear and frequent updates to all parties on the progress of issues
  • Handling various technical maintenance tasks to support our clients
  • Creating internal and external documentation for specific technical areas such as integrations
  • Working closely with the Client Success and Product/Engineering teams to track common issues and provide suggestions to optimize our current processes.
  • Thinking on your feet to devise creative solutions to any and all problems that arise

What We Expect From You:

  • You have at least 1-2 years of relevant support experience at a high-growth startup
  • You’re passionate about customer service and making things right
  • You are comfortable using a support ticketing system (Desk, Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • You excel at managing competing priorities and deadlines
  • You’re extremely detail oriented and have excellent written and communication skills
  • You have intermediate Excel knowledge
  • You have some familiarity with SQL or you're excited to learn it
  • You’ve moved at least once in your life and dream of a world where moving doesn’t suck
