About Call9: Call9 is breaking the mold of traditional Emergency Medicine and telemedicine while reinventing 911. Our patient-centered proprietary telemedicine platform connects off-site emergency physicians with on-site emergency medicine trained Clinical Care Specialists (CCS). Call9 provides a spectrum of emergency care services at the patient’s bedside in skilled nursing facilities.

Position Summary:The Clinical Administrator (NP) serves as the primary point of contact and general resource to partner facilities’ leadership for matters pertaining to Call9 clinical care and clinical operations -- providing consistently high level of customer service and engaging in overall clinical relationship management. The Clinical Administrator will utilize clinical expertise to implement data-driven solutions for the day-to-day clinical operations within our partner facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop tools, templates and processes for clinical operations reviews
  • Utilize clinical data to facilitate recurring weekly meetings with facility leadership, conducting clinical case reviews, and reviewing overall clinical operations
  • Actively monitors efficacy of Call9 service
  • Identifies metric-driven opportunities for clinical process improvement/patient care optimization
  • Surfaces opportunities to Call9 clinical leadership, and works to support the implementation of respective solutions
  • Works with partner facilities to monitor clinical operations strategy and troubleshoots issues as they arise, identifying areas of clinical risk and developing mitigation plans
  • Closely monitors facility’s utilization of Call9 service
  • Continuously reports back to Call9 clinical and operations leadership as necessary, and when additional support is required
  • Serve as a conduit/liaison to Call9 QA/QI

Qualifications

  • Licensed in New York State as an Acute Care Adult Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner, and/or Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Experience in Acute Care required
