We believe precision mental healthcare is the future of mental healthcare. An important part of delivering on this vision is ensuring our providers have the data, tools, and knowledge they need to improve patient outcomes. The Clinical Lead of Provider Community will be the provider-facing, clinical voice of the Provider Operations team. The ideal candidate exhibits a deep understanding of evidence-based therapies and measurement based care, and is excited about leading MBC education, tool discovery, and implementation for our provider community. This person will also help drive various other types of strategic initiatives related to provider community, support, education, and quality. This role will report to the Director of Provider Operations.
In this role you will:
- Lead MBC tool discovery/creation, education, and implementation for our provider community
- Collaborate with Ops, Product, Data Science teams, as we continue to evolve provider tech and expand provider access to and use of outcome data
- Partner with our SVP of Medical Affairs to build, implement, and drive provider quality processes and measures
- Partner with our SVP of Medical Affairs to lead provider case reviews, office hours, all hands, continuing education offerings, etc.
- Lead special projects related to our provider community, as directed by the Director of Provider Operations or SVP of Medical Affairs
- Develop and implement new strategies to build a more engaged provider network
- Be a clinical voice for the Provider Recruiting team, as clinical support is needed
- Stay apprised of state laws and regulations that may impact our provider community
What we expect from you:
- PsyD or PhD in clinical or counseling psychology
- 5-10 years postdoctoral experience preferred
- Passion for clinical quality and the use of data/evidence-based treatments to improve treatment outcomes
- Excellent communicator and teacher, with experience developing and delivering educational trainings for providers
- Data-driven, analytical, and operational in nature
