Job Description The Commercial Real Estate Digital team at JPMorgan is moving quickly to disrupt the commercial real-estate sector with innovative financial and technology solutions. As part of this effort within the Commercial Bank, the CRE Digital team seeks to add a dynamic Senior Associate, who will have the responsibility of administering the backbone of the sales process, the CRM (Client Relationship Management tool).
Specifically, the responsibilities for this role are to a) maintain the CRM system including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards and workflows b) Coordinate with product and technology partners to support the long term technology roadmap the analysis and recommendations for the overall CRE Digital strategy, and c) assist operationally in the broader program of a digital platform. The ideal candidate has deep technical knowledge, is extremely detailed oriented, passionate about business and social impact, and excels in analytical thinking. Successful candidates will have the ability to apply their technical skillset, quickly learn new technologies and processes, and engage well with partners and internal stakeholders. In addition, a collaborative approach is essential, as this role is expected to contribute ideas and initiate tactical improvements to the overall business launch and across the company.
An ideal candidate has a background in managing CRM systems, specifically HubSpot, and complimentary technologies to drive business innovation. We are a lean team, so your work will range from big thinking to digging into the details. The role will work with, and have accountability to the Go-to-Market Sales and Marketing Ops Lead within Commercial Real Estate Digital Revenue team. You will also work closely with a committed team of colleagues across Marketing, Sales, Middle Office, Customer Success, and Product Management. Along the journey you will have the opportunity to grow and to help others do the same while helping drive business success for B2C and B2B customers .
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Service to configure and maintain the CRM to fit business needs
  • Create and maintain CRM training materials
  • Work with Business Management to create reports and other relevant dashboards
  • Ensure all data is accurate and up to date, monitor performance metrics, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
  • Seek out opportunities to enhance the overall client journey
  • Help identify integration partners to enable go to market teams at each part of the client journey
  • Track updated accomplishments, KPIs, key issues and / or change controls; establish and help lead working group meetings related to the the CRM development roadmap
  • Partner with internal controls partners to advance use cases and expand software functionality
  • Contribute to the overall change management and governance process
  • Provide internal and cross-functional team status updates to help create alignment


Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience with HubSpot CRM , including administrating enterprise application and working with revenue and product organizations
  • Ideally familiar with programming languages such as Java, C++, Python
  • Ideal candidate will have experience with CRM integrations
  • Possess ability to think strategically, but willingness to roll up your sleeves and manage the details of multiple projects including following process and adhering to strict controls
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can translate technical requirements for a business audience
  • Results oriented, combined with strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience aligning cross functional teams with a methodology, workplan, timeline and execution plan
  • Passion for building something new, working across boundaries to drive change and helping others succeed
