Commercial Support Specialist
THE ROLE
Peloton is searching for an enthusiastic and organized Commercial Support Specialist who will deliver an exceptional experience to Peloton’s commercial clients. This position works closely with key owners and operators of hotels, corporate wellness facilities, and multi-tenant office developments. S/he also works across the internal organization to strengthen our Commercial and Support processes to ensure an industry leading post-sale experience for our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide proactive account onboarding to commercial clients that recently purchased Peloton products
- Provide reactive account support to commercial clients that require service and general assistance following product purchases
- Partner with the Commercial Sales team on client handoff and escalations
- Coordinate delivery, service, troubleshooting, and general support with client agencies and third parties to drive desired outcomes
- Contribute to service and support pilots that improve the end-to-end journey for commercial accounts
- Update and maintain records of commercial client details for measuring individual and team performance, ensuring full resolution and follow up, and documenting team processes
QUALIFICATIONS
- You have 1–2 years of customer service experience
- An awesome communicator and partner capable of working across the organization to analyze and solve problems
- Someone who enjoys being an ‘early contributor’ to a growing team by making astute observations, recommending solutions, and working at a fast pace
- Understand the value of a luxury experience and have insight and experience on how to deliver it to commercial applications
