The Role:

DailyPay is seeking a highly motivated and well-organized Compliance Manager to join DailyPay’s new Compliance department to provide critical support as we build and implement a top-class, highly effective compliance program for DailyPay’s fast-growing business. The best candidates will have experience working in compliance with the fundamental pillars of a program including code of conduct, organizing and maintaining companywide policies, preparing materials for compliance presentations, maintaining documentation systems for the annual compliance communications plan, training program and other key metrics. You should be comfortable interacting across the organization, with counterparts in Legal, People Operations, Finance, Revenue, Sales and more. You will have sound judgment be comfortable assisting colleagues with questions about how to interact with Compliance and you will be able to direct colleagues to the appropriate places for advice and counsel. The Compliance Manager will be an ambassador for the Compliance department throughout the company exemplifying the highest ethical and business integrity standards, and will promote diversity, equity and inclusion in your work.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours as required to support customers may be required
  • Serve as key member of DailyPay’s newly formed Compliance team responsible for building, executing and growing the company’s compliance program; identifying needs, priorities and gaps and leading projects to continuously improve compliance.
  • Support the compliance program in setting up and managing systems to document and maintain compliance policies, communication and training, case management for investigations and outcomes, risk assessments, compliance audits and other key aspects of the program.
  • Assisting in preparation of materials in response to external requests for information from governments, regulators and others.
  • Coordinating selection, oversight and relationships with various third party vendors including ethics hotline, OFAC sanctions screening, due diligence firms, and fraud prevention services.
  • Coordinate with other teams and work cross-functionally to embed key compliance program activities into the business.

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years experience with compliance program management (or similar/related field.)
  • Superb interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding ability to manage projects, multi-task, prioritize, work independently and excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience working with data analytics and technological compliance solutions
  • Sound judgement, analytical skills and commercial awareness and ability to earn trust of colleagues.
  • Problem solving capabilities.
  • Highest degree of ethical conduct, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
  • Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours as required to support customers may be required
