Responsibilities:

• Understand how the Marketing Rule and Cash Solicitation Rule impacts our business, and how the Legal & Compliance departments at advisory firms think about our platform
• Support the Sales department in developing and cultivating partnerships with large advisory organizations, broker/dealers, and asset management platforms
• Ensure that compliance issues or concerns are appropriately evaluated, investigated, escalated and resolved in a timely fashion
• Establish processes that standardize and enable operational excellence when dealing with many different data sources
• Work with our data engineering, legal, sales, product, tech, and marketing teams to better harness our data (or capture new data) and apply it to concrete business challenges

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant experience working for an RIA preferably with a deep experience in compliance and/or sales operations
• Comfortable with data: management, manipulation, visualization, and reporting
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
• Team player with strong communication abilities
• Comfortable in the fast-paced, high growth environment of a startup
• Enthusiastic about learning and sharing ideas and strategies that can help our sales team succeed
