Where You'll Come In

The Manager of Continuous Improvement will define, lead, and deliver continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean Six Sigma tools to provide sustained and significant results to TFD and select, key vendors/suppliers. This role will harmonize with all other departments within the company as well as with suppliers on key initiatives.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Participate in the conceptualization process to identify projects to support critical initiatives of the company
• Develop detailed project plans to enable successful completion of assigned projects
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma experience to identify and eliminate process waste or to reduce process variation
• Lead assigned projects and communicate effectively to all partners
• Assist in delivering Lean Six Sigma training throughout the organization
• Support COO with financial projects as needed

We're Excited About You Because

• 4-7 years experience in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from a recognized program, Project Management, and/or Performance Excellence
• Minimum Bachelors degree required
• Strong financial acumen, P&L, financial Modeling, and budgeting
• Have working experience with Minitab, Excel
• Phenomenal teammate, strong communication, analytical, quick problem solver/ willing to take action, detailed oriented
• Willingness to travel 20%-25%
• Preferred experience in Manufacturing, Distribution/Order Fulfillment, and Shared Services
