About Keezy

  • Keezy is a music software company that works closely with industry partners to create beautiful and highly engaging consumer experiences.
  • Our new app, Jammer, launches in late 2018. All our efforts are devoted to scaling our team and our content pipeline so we can deliver a blockbuster mass-market experience to the world's music fans.

About you

  • While you enjoy listening to music, you also have a passion for it that transcends consumption. You like to perform, to produce, to study it.

  • Like a professional athlete, you understand that peak performance is impossible without adequate rest and recovery.
  • When people disagree, you are more concerned with finding the best idea than with "your" idea winning. You are dogmatic about our high-level goals, scientific about everything else.
  • You see process as a necessary means to the end of customer satisfaction, and will roll up your sleeves to reengineer any process that inhibits it.

Work you would start immediately

  • Build and manage a hiring pipeline so we can scale our team from 6 to 18 people in the next year.
  • Take over relationship management for most 'corporate' partners and vendors (e.g., accountants, lawyers, banks, landlords, etc).
  • Assist other employees with more nuanced relationships (e.g., record labels and publishers, artists and their management teams, investors).
  • Help the CEO manage and successfully close the forthcoming Series A.
  • Work with the CEO to monitor and drive high performance within each department.
