Your day-to-day

  • Work closely with our People and Recruiting teams and our hiring managers to create, coordinate, and schedule an amazing candidate experience for potential new teammates at Ribbon
  • Lead and plan internal team events and activities to help drive an exceptional office culture and further strengthen our connection as a team
  • Collaborate closely with our leadership team to help add efficiency to their day-to-day processes and organize & schedule critical meetings and collaborations
  • Grow with the company by taking on new operational activities and initiatives to enable the company to scale
