Jasper is part of Redesign Health, a venture studio based in New York city, that has led Jasper’s seed funding round.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Jasper is looking for a passionate self-starter to add to our 12 person team to drive growth and engagement through CRM. As our CRM + Engagement Lead, you will develop and execute on an engagement marketing strategy to enable a valuable experience for cancer patients and their caregivers. You will work cross-functionally with operations, product, growth, engineering, content and the creative team to lead integrated marketing communications from planning to execution and grow our highly engaged member community. 

You will be Jasper's first dedicated CRM hire and support us in building out and scale the function over time. The ideal candidate for this role has deep engagement marketing experience, understands how to leverage different channels effectively, and is also a great leader, coach, and collaborator.

You will report to and work with the CEO at our New York City headquarters.

What you'll do:

  • CRM / Lifecycle Marketing
    • Create, manage and drive the performance of all CRM channels (Primarily Email, SMS and Push)
    • Create, manage and report out on integrated marketing flows and journeys to facilitate a personalized user experience that ultimately drives engagement and reduces churn
    • Continuously evaluate and expand our CRM channels and journeys based on audience preferences, business needs and channel effectiveness
    • Act as the advocate for brand and consumer, fighting to keep the quality and experience bar high amidst competing priorities
    • Partner with our creative teams to create an engaging experience for our users that is appropriate for the channel
  • Campaign Development
    • Run end-to-end management of all campaigns from strategy to process, execution and reporting
    • Build email and SMS content with personalization in-mind using HTML/CSS, SQL, and other personalization data elements
  • Social and Community
    • Lead Jasper’s social strategy to drive follower growth and engagement
    • Work with Jasper’s Oncology Social Worker to oversee Jasper’s social media to facilitate member engagement, loyalty and affinity

What you'll need:

  • Background
    • 4+ years of hands-on experience in CRM/engagement marketing
    • Passion for creating deep consumer understanding, putting their personal needs at the center of all thinking and decision-making
    • Familiarity with CRM frameworks, validation methodologies and CRM metrics
    • Have experience with marketing platforms, HTML/CSS, SQL, and BI tools (such as Looker, Chartio, Amplitude etc)
    • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills that bring energy and inspiration to every brief
    • A talent for distilling complex ideas into language consumers can easily digest and understand 
    • Prior experience in a high-growth, digitally-native consumer or healthcare business is a plus
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States
