Summary

We’re looking for a full time CRM Manager to work with our Director of Growth to design and execute campaigns that encourage our users to adopt features, make purchases and increase the likelihood that they find roommates.

Description

The CRM Manager will need to develop a testing program that’s organized, quick, and leads to meaningful insights that increase the likelihood that users adopt features, make purchases and find a roommate. The CRM Manager will work collaboratively with the creative team to produce assets that drive results and are brand-aligned and work with the Product Team to sync on new product updates and ensure effective tracking is in place to ensure success.

  • Quickly execute, fail fast and consistently make better informed decisions.
  • Think outside the box to contribute to Roomi’s overall strategy.
  • Communicate openly and collaborate well with team members

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Execute email, push and in-app messaging campaigns that promote features and increase the likelihood that Roomi users will find a room and/or roommate, adopt features and make purchases.
  • Analyze performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Work closely with the Director of Growth and creative team to identify strategic opportunities to improve messaging with our users.
  • Prepare weekly reports for Director of Growth and COO detailing activities.
  • Participate in regularly scheduled marketing meetings and offer contributions to broader Marketing and Business Development Strategies.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of performance marketing experience, and familiarity with marketing automation tools like Braze or an equivalent.
