Job Description

If so, you are in the right place! We are looking for seasoned marketing leader to take responsibility for building the CRM retention marketing team at our fast-growing online sportsbook and casino. 

The CRM Team Manager will partner with a wide range of business and technology stakeholders across the company. With a strong background in CRM and VIP/Sales, the CRM Team Manager will use their deep expertise to maintain accountability for all customer relationship and lifecycle marketing for Tipico as we expand our footprint across the US. The position holder will be responsible for the following:

  • Building, leading and coaching a team of CRM Managers and VIP Coordinators, ensuring that the team performs on a high efficiency.
  • Maximizing the customer experience and life-time value by leading the CRM and VIP actions through the effective and creative usage of customer touch-points and therefore delivering improved loyalty for both digital online and shop customers. 
  • Owning all ad-hoc campaigns end to end, including: conception, suggesting target group and segmentation for campaigns / CRM cycles based on value segments, budgeting, preparation including copywriting, execution and analysis.
  • Ensuring the best possible usage of all marketing tools in close collaboration with other stakeholders.
  • Conceptualizing and testing of campaigns and CRM cycles in order to set up the best automations possible.
  • Setting up a best in class VIP treatment, including Sales and Service tactics to cater for our best customers.
  • Monitoring, analyzing and tracking financial effectiveness of campaigns and provide regular reporting against budget to improve campaigns by using A/B tests and insights.
  • Managing the marketing campaign calendar and campaign forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role in the areas of CRM and VIP.
  • Competent in using at least one Marketing Automation Tool.
  • Highly data driven with a very strong understanding of numbers.
  • Leadership experience beneficial but not a must
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • A strategic thinker, but also willing to roll up your sleeves to execute in a lean and agile start-up environment 
  • Strong presentation skills and highly structured and organized.
  • Comfortable being challenged and seeking challenge from colleagues and stakeholders
