The Opportunity - Customer Care Advocate:

Our Global Customer Care team is accepting applications in New York City for enthusiastic Customer Care Advocates. You will answer product questions, troubleshoot user issues, develop relationships with the customers, and handle any other miscellaneous care needs.

Reporting directly to the Manager, Customer Care, you will communicate via email and live chat while collaborating with your team members across the globe in Berlin and Singapore!

Please note: This role may have a specified shift, such as: 7am to 5pm, 8am to 6pm, 9am to 6pm, 12am-9pm, and may require some weekend days. 

You will be expected to:

  • Listen to and determine the best product for customers in Spanish and/or Portuguese
  • Meet or exceed monthly metrics, including volume of inquiries solved and referrals produced for sales
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Navigate customer's organization to find additional opportunities and contacts
  • Attend to all aspects of customer care in courteous and professional manner
  • Patiently assist customers with varying technical skills and communicate effectively to all levels
  • Multitask in fast paced environment with a high volume of communications

What you need to be successful: 

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese
  • A degree from a 4-year university
  • 2+ years of successful Customer Service experience
  • Understanding of Photoshop and digital imaging manipulation techniques
  • You have some knowledge of stock photography licensing terms (ie, royalty free versus rights managed)
  • Able to thrive within and adapt to organizational changes
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
