What you’ll do:
- Act as the voice of Billie, helping customers resolve inquiries through helpful and kind interactions via text, email and phone calls
- Record and surface customer feedback and insights to allow for continual improvement of the customer experience
- Leverage internal systems to manage the fulfillment process for orders
What we're looking for:
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Active listening skills to understand the needs of our customers
- A team player; a ‘no task is too small’ attitude and the endurance to consistently deliver amazing customer experiences
- Someone who is moved by the idea that you can help the overall business by being the voice of the customer
- Familiarity with Zendesk or other customer experience systems
*Ability to work 40 hours per week. Hours can include days, evenings and weekends. This is a full time, non-exempt role.
