NUGGS is a new type of food company that is always written in uppercase. Our first product, NUGGS is a chicken nugget simulation made with innovative plant protein technologies. As our Customer Experience Team Member, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with patience and empathy in a timely manner across channels, such as email (primary), text, call, live chat, and social media.
  • Become an expert on the NUGGS product and operational processes in order to educate customers and resolve customer issues.
  • Identify and record customer feedback trends and insights to allow for continual improvement of the customer experience.
  • Develop new ways to better serve our customers by streamlining processes or coming up with new, creative solutions.
  • Provide feedback to relevant internal teams to help improve both the product and client experience.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between customers and the rest of the NUGGS team.

Requirements

  • Experience in a CX, client-focused, sales, or related role (experience with support tools such as Zendesk or Front is a plus)
  • Must enjoy working directly with customers and solving problems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Availability and willingness to work occasional weekends is a plus
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritize initiates, and work well within a team environment
  • Must be resourceful with demonstrated ability to find solutions and answers across systems, knowledge bases, and other resources
