Customer Partnerships Coordinator
Squarespace is looking for a Customer Partnerships Coordinator that will work at the intersection of talent spotting and marketing. Your role will be to to continually surface brilliance from our customers, facilitating the inclusion of their work in Squarespace creative content and marketing materials. With a natural eye for great design and an instinct for recognizing captivating stories, the Talent Curator will seek out best-in-class website examples through extensive research, catalogue them and correspond with customers.
This role is based in New York and will report to the Senior Partnerships Lead.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Community
- Develop extensive knowledge of the Squarespace customer base across all categories
- Identify the very best customer websites - from top social influencers, to emerging designers, entrepreneurs, mass brands and online stores
- Find compelling customer stories to tell across marketing channels
- Facilitate outreach to and communication with new and existing customer partners
- Cultivate relationships with customers, serving as their point of contact as they move through Squarespace’s partner journey
- Ensure that all customer partners have a positive experience collaborating with Squarespace
Operations
- Master the use of internal Squarespace tools for customer research and indexing
- Upkeep and add to a database of customers, cataloging potential partnership opportunities
- Assemble relevant, well-thought out customer suggestions in response to customer requests
- Draft contracts to ensure proper usage for customer content in marketing assets
- Serve as a liaison between customers and Squarespace legal, media and creative teams
- Work through rounds of feedback with customers, Squarespace teams and media partners
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Passion and understanding for the Squarespace product and mission
- An eye for great talent and design, with the ability to stay on the pulse of culture, news, media, design, influencers, tech and trends
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Impeccably organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to foster strong working relationships over short-term transactional projects
- Aptitude to establish trust and maintain a collaborative spirit working cross-functionally in the organization
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, keeping up with timelines
