We're looking for a Customer Experience Manager to be a founding member of the Sneaker Con Digital team in Las Vegas, NV.
In this role, you will be responsible for being the primary contact between Sneaker Con, sellers, buyers and eBay. The ideal candidate has experience in eCommerce business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and delegate the day-to-day order issues flow within the department
- Maintain all issues within the company’s SLAs
- Trouble shoot outstanding issues and escalate them to the eBay team as needed
- Keep records of all inbound/outbound orders that may be issue related
- Flexibility to support other locations remotely if need be
Requirements:
- 2 year’s experience in managing a team
- Passion for sneakers, technology experience and helping others succeed
- A quick leaner, a self-starter, able to work autonomously, and you’re willing to handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibility
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be a team player who can make self-directed judgments based on established guidelines
