About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and organized Customer Success Associate to increase product adoption and secure our high retention rate of BentoBox restaurants. Customer Success Associates are responsible for helping restaurants see the maximum value of our platform while guiding restaurants to a better online presence by identifying opportunities to expand their current feature set. This is an incredible opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a fast-growing startup serving the restaurant industry.

What You'll Do:

  • Help restaurants see the value of their BentoBox partnership to drive retention
  • Support customers with daily office hours to answer questions
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of BentoBox tools and features via phone, email, and live web demos
  • Manage daily calls and emails around customer issues and concerns patiently and professionally
  • Address and manage platform bug and feature request feedback loops
  • Shape future product development based on trends in conversations with customers
  • Get ahead of challenges through effectively navigating complex situations
  • Represent BentoBox as the gold standard with exceptional customer service, accuracy, and enthusiasm
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of customer activity through Salesforce, Asana and Process Street
  • Uphold BentoBox’s core mission, vision, and values

Experience We're Looking For:

  • Hyper-organized and strong multi-tasker who can easily manage numerous projects
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and pivot with ease
  • Interest in helping restaurant owners drive revenue with technology
  • Practices empathy in customer interactions
  • Positivity, patience, and professionalism
  • Experience with, or interest in, web and digital marketing
  • At least one year of experience in an account management or customer success role previously; experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
