About the Job

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented customer success leader to manage our growing team in North Carolina. This individual will directly manage the performance of a small team of agents. We’re looking for someone who has the ability to develop a detailed understanding of our business and is excited about solving problems for customers. 

Key responsibilities include:  

  • Serve as a floor manager for a small team of CSRs. Respond to escalated customer support inquiries and assist fellow agents that need help. 
  • Assist with documentation and build out of resources for the CSR team
  • Assist with team operations (i.e. scheduling, etc.)
  • Work cross-functionally with our account management team to provide best-in-class support for our high-value candidates
  • Contribute to process and service quality improvement

Who you are

  • Excellent communicator. Strong written communication and very comfortable on the phone. 
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to get tasks done well, no matter how big or small.
  • Ability to think on your feet and solve problems as needed.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership potential. Has the ability to motivate others. 

Desired Experience 

  • 1-3 years support leadership experience in a customer facing role
  • Previous service desk experience 
  • Previous experience as team lead or senior support representative


Hourly Wage 

$19/hour , based on experience
