As we expand into the Nordics market, we are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager based in Stockholm who can turn every customer's Process Mining journey into a success story.

You will be our customer's trusted advisor and your responsibilities rely on helping our customers to automate their business processes by identifying relevant KPI’s, providing an overview over the required actions and presenting in front of our customers’ management team.

When the project is successfully implemented, it is your responsibility to initiate and drive our customers’ change management process to assure a dynamic company culture. With your expert knowledge, you competently respond to individual needs and to our customer requirements from various industries. Furthermore, you identify up- and cross selling potentials.

YOU...

• … have successfully completed your studies in the area of business administration / business informatics or a comparable degree
• … have already gained several years of experience  in consulting – optimally in IT projects
• … are experienced in Customer Success Management / Client Success Management in a SaaS environment
• ... can easily understand complex business processes and datasets 
• … have strong communicational skills and enjoy interacting with various customers and contact persons
• … are looking for a product that you can push with passion and drive
• … are fluent in written and spoken Swedish & English ( Norvegian, Danish or Finnish is a plus)
