About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, your role will be a mix of consulting with current and future clients on how to best use our platform, and actively listening to clients to identify new ways to improve their experience through service and product improvements. You will work closely with client teams at some of the largest companies in the world to help them use Remesh to accomplish goals and tackle challenges. What you’ll be doing
  • Training and onboarding clients
  • Managing and supporting client accounts that are under annual contracts
  • Monitoring customer health and product usage
  • Engaging with clients regularly to build relationships, deliver value, and enable their success
  • Serving as a product expert and educating clients on new features
  • Working cross-functionally with our Marketing, Sales, and Product teams
Minimum Qualifications
  • You can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • You have a genuine interest in and empathy for clients
  • You can handle an unpredictable schedule (based on global client schedules)
  • You can understand and consult on complex business problems
  • You are tech savvy and incredibly organized
  • You can prioritize and drive deliverables to execution with minimal supervision
  • You have the eloquence and competence to provide our clients with consultation and training over the phone and via screen-share
  • You have excellent written communication skills
  • You can work effectively with multiple teams within the organization
  • Open to traveling occasionally
  • 2-5 years work experience in consulting, client services or customer success
  • Located in or willing to locate to New York City
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
Preferred Qualifications
  • B2B Enterprise Account Management Experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and Microsoft Office
