We’re on the lookout for a Customer Success Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team here at Snappy. As a member of the Revenue Operations team, you will partner with our Customer Success Team to redesign processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and influence change.  The CS Operations Manager will maintain effective relationships and communication with our growing CS Team, CS Leadership and partner cross-functionally to achieve results.

You will:

  • Provide business analysis expertise as it relates to Customer Success strategy and execution
  • Work on a variety of CS projects including supporting Salesforce, Catalyst and related tools.
  • Act as a partner to the CS teams to provide innovative business solution design
  • Respond to ad hoc projects and requests - these pop up often!
  • Advise on tech stack upgrades and enhancements

You are:

  • A seasoned Operations Professional with a strong track history managing CS and Sales processes and related systems
  • Knowledgeable in all areas of Sales and CS strategy including expansion and growth, customer health and risk analysis.
  • Able to organize, document and communicate complex business requirements
  • An organized self-starter with ability to work independently in a high pressure environment
  • Laser-focused on the details 

You have:

  • Extensive experience using Salesforce including familiarity with account and contact management, activity management and integration, and data loading and visualization tools
  • Must have at least 4 years experience working with Sales and CS in a process management capacity
  • Experience with business requirements documentation and analysis, modelling business practices, and presenting complex ideas
  • Strong analytical skills including advanced data transformation processes
  • Pipeline reporting experience including forecasting and modelling
  • Experience with marketing automation tools a plus
