Who you are
As a Customer Success Operations Manager you will help shape Justworks’ strategy by working within the business operations team to provide analysis and project management skills to support the customer success organization including, customer success, account management, and onboarding management. As the customer success team’s embedded operations expert, your goal will be to empower the team to reach their goals by using the systems, data and processes at your disposal. The focus will be on creating lean systems, and infusing respect and reliance on data and operations into the sales team culture.
What you'll do
- Design and launch processes, workflows, and automations that drive internal efficiencies, uplevel the effectiveness of our customer success team, and deliver greater value to our customers
- Work closely with the customer success team to proactively and regularly identify challenges that require operational solutions
- Interface with our business operations and prod-eng teams to surface customer success requirements, and collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement solutions
- Strategic ownership of the CS Stack
- Proactively support requests related to CS data and systems.
- Maintain a queue of ongoing projects as well as impromptu tickets
- Work with the business operations team to increase efficiency, decrease margins and hit all KPI.
- Build dashboards on specific CS KPIs. Collaborate with the business operations team to audit and enhance sales specific Tableau dashboards.
- Adhere to data governance standards and perform regular data quality audits: upload, update and maintain Zendesk records, perform weekly data scrubs
Who you are
- Minimum 3 - 5 years CS operations experience or related experience
- Experience administering Zendesk, Salesforce or another helpdesk platform
- Fluency with Excel/Google sheets
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non technical stakeholders and business requirements to technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools a plus
- A self-starter who is continually learning and developing
- Someone who strives to make CSreps jobs as easy as possible
