Customer Success Specialist at Prizeout
WHAT IS PRIZEOUT?
Prizeout is a first-in-class solution that offers innovative alternative methods to the traditional cash-out process. We connect brands that are looking to acquire and retain customers with platforms that have users who are looking to withdraw funds.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via email within one hour of an inbound ticket being issued
• Work with Customer Service team to identify, track, and address issues customers are experiencing
• Operate in a highly autonomous environment with the ability to contribute to high impact projects
• Work cross functionally with other Prizeout departments to resolve any issues that may arise
• Strategically think about operational improvements and efficiencies
• Identify the need for new product features or enhancements to existing ones based on customers’ feedback
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• A tech savvy multi-tasker and quick learner with the ability to work with little supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A helpful, positive and professional demeanor/tone
• Empathy with the ability to see problems from the customer’s position
• Comfort with ambiguity - some times and days are going to be busier than others
• Open to flexible working hours - Availability to address inbound tickets from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM PST (5:00 PM to 3:00 AM ET) and availability to work 5-6 days a week including Saturday and Sunday
• This position is 100% remote
