The role:

We're looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to manage customer-related tasks and interact directly with our customers. You should be extremely organized, helpful, and collaborative. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership over key operational processes, interact with customers and colleagues from across the company, and proactively solve problems. This role will work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure our customers love using Rocketrip.

You will:

  • Interact directly with existing customers via Rocketrip's instant chat (Intercom), email, and occasional phone call
  • Become an expert on Rocketrip and deliver above-and-beyond customer support
  • Think creatively about ways in which we can optimize each customer’s experience - working closely with our product and
  • engineering teams
  • Oversee operational processes including receipt ingestion, Rocketrip reward approvals, and BPO team management
  • Take on ad hoc projects and assignments that help identify internal and customer pain points and propose solutions to better
  • Improve the experience for both customers and our team

You should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Customer support experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Ability to be a team player
  • A "do what it takes" attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to work a rotating schedule including nights and weekends
