ABOUT THE ROLE:

MANTL is looking for a Customer Training Manager to lead our client-facing learning. You will be responsible for building scalable training assets and solutions, and facilitating customer-facing sessions. You will work directly with customers to collaborate on the training needs of the organization, design, plan, and implement training programs to fulfill those needs. You have the opportunity to become a leading expert in MANTL products and be the face of MANTL to our clients as they learn the product for the first time, providing guidance to help them effectively drive maximum impact for their business.

As a member of the Enablement team, you will work closely with Documentation Specialists and other customer-facing teams such as Implementations and Success to impact processes that streamline the onboarding experience of our customers while ensuring a smooth support transition after launching on MANTL.

You should be comfortable with managing client-facing communication across mature organizations and interfacing with executives, project leads, and operational teams, while acting as a customer advocate across internal product, engineering, and design teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a client-facing training role at a growth stage technology/SaaS company
  • Excited about creating successful training programs and materials, and leading trainings 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both internal and client-facing, with an ability to translate client needs into language that is understandable and digestible by different audiences
  • Technical aptitude to learn quickly and rapidly build product knowledge at MANTL. Be comfortable with learning by doing and digging into our products
  • Strategic and creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail and an eye for building scalable solutions
  • A passion for problem-solving, with a strong ability to recognize flawed client experiences, internal processes, and product gaps
  • Organized and strong multi-tasker with an ability to adapt to changing priorities and intelligently prioritize multiple competing projects and timelines
  • When it's safe to do so - flexible and willing to travel domestically to deliver in-person group trainings (up to 10%) to our most complex clients

Preferred

  • Prior experience at a FinTech company or other financial institution subject to regulations
  • Familiarity with knowledge portals, learning management systems, and content editing tools 
  • JIRA proficiency or similar project management software
