Job Description
Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) is the technology infrastructure organization for the firm delivering a wide range of products and services and partnering with all lines of business to provide high quality service delivery exceptional project execution and financially disciplined approaches and processes in the most cost effective manner. The objective of GTI is to balance both business alignment and the centralized delivery of core products and services across the firm. GTI's mission is to be a customer-centric software provider of consumable platforms which will allow us to quickly scale agile practices intensify our focus on customer value and help us deliver rapid improvements in functionality and quality.
Within GTI, the Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) team is responsible for driving our evolution to a modernized infrastructure environment. The team includes end-to-end engineering and operations of our products and services as well as production management activities, including incident, problem, change and crisis management processes.
The EIS Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist provides internal consultant support to the EIS leadership team to deliver on the high priority objectives for the year. This role is also responsible for developing and leading initiatives that deliver radical improvements in productivity and transformation through a series of bold initiatives that drive cumulative impact. The ideal candidate is a talented and resourceful creator who can translate complex information into simple and engaging experiences. You will work with teams to drive innovative and modernized design initiatives when it comes to organizational transformation. This role requires a professional with broad transformation skills who can deliver simple, enticing and effective solutions. This candidate must be able to influence the organization by creating a compelling vision for change, but also by taking personal ownership for the delivery of measurable results.
Key Responsibilities to Include:

  • Support organizational goals and Objectives & Key Results (OKR) through reporting and tools such as Tableau and Alteryx
  • Assist with content to clearly communicate messages to users on confluence pages, job aids and organizational materials
  • Participate in the creation of strategic roadmaps and drives cultural behavior change to drive transformation and improve employee motivation and engagement


Skills & Experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft polished, modern, compelling presentations articulate key messages to senior management, employees, leaders and customers.
  • Organized project manager, multi-tasker and comfortable in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to track complex and overlapping milestones and manage multiple priorities and urgent deadlines
  • Demonstrated transformation skills and ability to deliver simple, enticing and effective solutions
  • Able to influence the organization by creating a compelling vision for change, but also by taking personal ownership for the delivery of measurable results
  • Self-motivated, driven to deliver high level of initiatives

High Risk Roles (HRR) are sensitive roles within the technology organization that require high assurance of the integrity of staff by virtue of 1) sensitive cybersecurity and technology functions they perform within systems or 2) information they receive regarding sensitive cybersecurity or technology matters. Users in these roles are subject to enhanced pre-hire screening which includes both criminal and credit background checks (as allowed by law). The enhanced screening will need to be successfully completed prior to commencing employment or assignment.
