About Thirty Madison

Thirty Madison is building the premier healthcare company for people with chronic health issues. Through our novel approach to care delivery, powered by our proprietary platform and brands built around specific chronic conditions, we combine the best of specialist-level healthcare with the convenience of telemedicine.

In just three years, we’ve built four brands on top of our platform: Keeps (for men’s hair loss), Cove (for migraine), Evens (for GI conditions), and our newest brand, Picnic (for allergies). We’re growing rapidly, recently raised a $140m Series C, and are backed by some of the best healthcare and consumer investors, including HealthQuest Capital, Mousse Partners, Bracket Capital, Polaris Partners, Johnson & Johnson, Maveron, Northzone, among others.

This year, we are honored to be included on Built In's 2021 list of Best Places To Work in New York City and Best Midsize Companies To Work For. This recognition is a true testament to our hardworking team and company culture. As we continue to grow, we pride ourselves on finding passionate individuals who truly embody our core values and mission each and every day.

The Role

Increasing access to healthcare for all requires building a diverse and inclusive team. It’s only when you get different voices and experiences in the room that you’re truly able to remove the barriers that prevent underserved communities from getting the care they need. While we know we have work to do, we’re committed to making meaningful progress, being transparent as we do, and hiring teammates who feel as passionately about this as we build Thirty Madison. This role is key to those efforts.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter with demonstrated success in creating, supporting, and scaling key DEI initiatives and programs. We are looking for someone with the requisite and relevant expertise to offer critical support to our current DEI initiatives while also bringing a creative approach to generate new ideas to collectively make a stronger impact.

The ideal candidate is thoughtful, analytical, resourceful, organized, and results-oriented. We look for teammates who are curious, kind, and proactive and will challenge us at every turn. We have multiple businesses that are scaling and this is an incredible opportunity for someone who wants to work at the forefront of DEI innovation in healthcare and is looking for challenges that span our entire company.
