As a Deployment Specialist you will provide critical technical support to District Technology Leaders and ensure the deployment of Zearn is a smooth process that will set teachers up to instill confidence in their students’ math abilities. In this role, the Deployment Specialist will provide client facing assistance to principals, district technology leaders, and district administrators with rostering student data into Zearn. This would be an ideal role for an individual who picks up new technology quickly and has a passion for Education, Technology, or both! What you’ll do:

• Guide district technology leaders through the Zearn rostering process on video calls and email:
  • Act as the voice of Zearn in customer communications, authoring guidance that is clear, compelling, and assists in rostering their school data with Zearn Math
  • Support our clients through their integration development process by providing best practice recommendations
  • Deliver technical solutions including planning, deployment, and support, with a focus on Clever and Classlink
  • Provide technical solutions to dynamic problems involving districts’ SIS.
  • Ensure deployment is complete per Zearn deployment practices and gain customer sign off at the conclusion of each call

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand client business needs and be able to translate needs to the configuration of the solutions
• Engage with various project stakeholders both internal and external
• Drive and participate in client workshops to demonstrate product capabilities

Ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 2+ years of Product Deployment support experience
• Excellent written & oral communication, organization skills, Microsoft Excel experience, and attention to detail
• A basic understanding of information systems and the Ed Tech ecosystem.
