MSK requires all new hires, volunteers, and vendors who come onsite to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination. This is based on the COVID-19 vaccines' high level of protection and our shared responsibility in protecting our patients.
Beginning on February 21, 2022, MSK will require all new hires, volunteers, and vendors who come onsite to provide proof of complete COVID-19 vaccination series + booster (once eligible). Individuals currently eligible for a COVID-19 booster must get their booster, or have an approved exemption as a condition of employment at MSK. Individuals can get their COVID-19 booster 5 months after receiving their second dose of either the Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, or 2 months after the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Individuals who are not yet eligible for a booster must meet this criteria within 30 days of becoming eligible.

You will!

  • Partner with Product and Technology divisions to drive a culture of Lean-Agile thinking, and adopting a Growth mindset
  • Put in place key performance indicators (critical metrics) programs that focus on the organizational transformational outcomes and meaningful feedback loops.
  • Mentor impactful teams who embrace cross-functional work and end-to-end delivery. Shape the ecosystem for success by defining agile metrics and tools.a
  • Coaches organization to tackle their own problems. The leader does not need to provide the solutions to the teams. Agilists will need to challenge the teams, technical leadership, and product leadership to focus on their craft or technical excellence.
  • Improve team dynamics - Work with the organization to implement and build new practices that will improve the organization's ability to deliver better outcomes. Ensure work environment is not just diverse but inclusive in background and thought.
  • Remove impediments - help the teams remove their own barriers, leverage network to remove barriers the team is unable to remove and challenge organizational impediments.


You have!

  • Experience with Agile Transformation efforts advising on developing SAFe implementation roadmaps (setup/execution/post-support coaching) partnering and advising Senior Management on the ground during all phases of adoption.
  • 7-10 years' experience in industry roles with business and technology moving towards "features-based" and "customer-centric based" development.
  • Coach and mentor teams/trains of agile members, leads, executives, managers and product managers in the Lean and scaled-agile mindset
  • Effective systems thinking skills and the ability to identify interconnectivity across multiple streams of work.
  • SPC (SAFe Program Consultant) certification and hands on experience with agile ceremonies including PI Planning.
  • Experience with a variety of methodologies like SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, Spotify, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • Organizational Change and adoption strategy experience
